Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and public holidays.

• European Union (EU): Most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 days.

• United States (USA): Orders are generally delivered within 10–14 business days from dispatch.

International Orders (Outside the EU & UK)

For shipments sent outside of the European Union and the United Kingdom, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been dispatched from our facility. Delivery timelines beyond this point are subject to local customs clearance, carrier handling, and import regulations in the destination country.

While we are happy to assist where possible, we cannot control delays or outcomes related to customs processing or local courier services.
