Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate UK shipping for £4.99 on all orders.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Place your order between 4:00pm and 8:30am (Monday–Friday) for next working day dispatch.

Orders placed after 8:30am will be dispatched on the following working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details.

Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides:

  • Fully tracked delivery

  • No signature required

  • Next working day delivery aim after dispatch

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If your tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours, other household members and any designated safe place before contacting us. If you still need assistance, we'll be happy to help investigate with Royal Mail.
