2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with PEPTOMERA, you confirm that:

You are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory or research purposes
You are a qualified individual or acting on behalf of an organisation engaged in lawful research activities

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse or non-compliant intent is suspected.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by PEPTOMERA are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Our products:

Are not dietary supplements
Are not approved for human or veterinary use
Are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of any disease or condition

Any attempt to use products in a manner inconsistent with these Terms is strictly prohibited.

We do not make claims regarding:

Safety or efficacy in humans or animals

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be supplied upon request for reference purposes only and do not imply approval for any non-research use.

5. Ordering & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Decline or cancel orders
Limit quantities
Request additional verification where appropriate

A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout.

Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are dispatched in accordance with the delivery information provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery in line with applicable UK consumer law.

For international orders, delivery is subject to customs clearance and local import regulations. Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

PEPTOMERA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, including the dispatch or delivery of orders, where such failure or delay arises from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).

Force Majeure Events may include, but are not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather
War, terrorism, civil disturbance, or governmental action
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Disruption to postal services, courier networks, or transport infrastructure
Customs delays, border controls, or regulatory intervention
Industrial disputes, strikes, or labour shortages
Power outages, system failures, or interruptions to essential services

Where a Force Majeure Event occurs, delivery times may be extended, delayed, or suspended without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers where practicable and to resume normal service as soon as possible.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are not accepted unless:

The product is faulty
The product was damaged in transit
The incorrect item was supplied

Where a valid issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Opened, used, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.

10. Proper Handling & Storage

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

Handled only by qualified personnel
Stored and managed in accordance with standard laboratory practices

PEPTOMERA accepts no liability for damage, degradation, or misuse resulting from improper handling, storage, reconstitution, or use after delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PEPTOMERA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
We do not accept liability arising from misuse or unauthorised application of products

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

Import, handling, and use requirements
Institutional or organisational policies
